Pricing, Payment, and Security
You will be emailed a receipt each time you purchase a course or webinar. Additionally, you can access and print a copy of your receipt at any time using the Order History link located on the My Account page.
Staff of ACEC-Ontario member companies are entitled to discounted pricing for all courses and webinars. This includes staff of member companies that resides outside of Ontario. Please contact ACEC-Ontario for your discount code and details.
Our secure online payment processor is PayPal, the global leader of online payment services. PayPal uses state-of-the-art 128-bit SSL encryption technology and has the most advanced payment processing system available to safeguard your transactions. SSL encryption technology transfers data to your credit card company using scrambled code, so that it cannot be intercepted and used by third parties.
Additionally, EngineeringCPD.ca accepts payment using PayPal payments, offering an even higher degree of security for your information.
We accept all major personal and corporate credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure payment using PayPal.
If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong course, contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. If the purchase was made within the previous 30 days and you have not attempted the quiz, we will happily arrange an exchange of courses for you. If you have attempted the quiz, we are unable to process an exchange or refund. You have two years to complete your courses for CPD credit.
For webinars, reservations are risk-free. AFter purchase, if you are unable to attend and notify us at least 48 hours prior to the webinar, we will refund the full price of the webinar. With less than 48 hours’ notice, a credit voucher will be issued for the full amount. That voucher can be used within one year for any purchase on EngineeringCPD.ca. If a last-minute conflict causes you to miss the webinar without notice to us, contact our Customer Service Team within one year to receive credit good toward another purchase on EngineeringCPD.ca.
Limit of one cancellation/reschedule per webinar purchase. Any webinar purchased with a credit voucher from a previous cancellation must be completed on the scheduled date or the credit will be lost. All credit vouchers expire one year from the scheduled date of the originally purchased webinar.
