Our Customer Service Staff are trained to assist with continuing education questions and technical support regarding the use of our website, and are unable to provide support for engineering questions or to provide interpretation or explanation of any of the concepts in our study materials. Questions of a technical nature or advice about any project should be referred to a qualified registered engineer in your area. If your question is directly related to a course text and does not concern specific projects, our staff can relay the question to the Subject Matter Expert, who will attempt to provide additional information to help in your understanding. As most of our instructors are working professionals, such inquiries may require several days before a response is available.
