Overview
This course provides you with strategies to schedule and authorize projects, allocate resources and plan cost and time estimations. You will gain insight to develop a business case for a project and understand how to manage the project, including potential changes to the scope. This course will assist you to better plan and execute a project with all the steps necessary from the start till the end, including how to close a project at the end and contents of the final project report.
We will cover the responsibilities and attributes of a successful project and project manager, the four phases of project management, and techniques to deliver a project successfully. An application activity form is also included to assist you with the implementation of these techniques.

This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:
- Demonstrating skills in a project diagram
- Summarizing universal project success criteria
- Implementing suggestions for successful project delivery
- Applying the four phases of project management
- Describing the responsibilities of a project manager
- Utilizing attributes of effective project managers

You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a multiple-choice quiz consisting of 10 questions. CPD credits are not awarded until the course is completed and quiz is passed.
