Overview

This 4-hour course discusses how to develop a cyber security program for small engineering firms and other small businesses. While large corporations are likely to have large IT staff personnel dedicated to cyber security, small businesses can’t afford to maintain a full time cyber security staff. The course addresses all facets of cyber security from email, websites, credit card transactions, to employee screening and education.

• The meaning of “Phishing”
• How to develop an action plan for network security
• How to maintain secure wireless access control
• How to protect company email systems

Certificate of Completion

You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a multiple-choice quiz consisting of 25 questions. CPD credits are not awarded until the course is completed and quiz is passed.
