Each professional engineering regulatory board across Canada has different CPD requirements, and some boards require strictly technical CPD courses related to your discipline. This course is a practical approach to the concept of motivation: what it is, what it means to different people, how to discover what motivates different people, and how to create a motivational culture in a workplace. There are several thought-provoking questions to help the student apply the course to themselves and their workplace in a simple, consistent, and straightforward manner.

Certificate of Completion

You will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion after passing a multiple-choice quiz consisting of 15 questions. CPD credits are not awarded until the course is completed and quiz is passed.
