If you’ve never attended a webinar, “Try Before You Buy.” You can audit any webinar absolutely free to be certain you’ll enjoy the process and that you’re comfortable with the technology. Listen to any or all of the webinar. Don’t like it? Just disconnect with nothing due. But, you are welcome to stay online for the full webinar, and contact us after to arrange for payment and downloading your certificate of completion.

If you reserve a paid webinar seat and something comes up to make it impossible to attend, there’s no issue there either. You’re protected by the ACEC-Ontario Risk-Free Registration and Cancellation Policy. Just contact us and we’ll arrange for a full refund in the form of a credit voucher that can be applied to any future purchase.

Taking webinars on the ACEC-Ontario website is as easy as 1, 2, 3

Using our webinar schedule calendar, select a topic that fits your continuing professional development plan. Once a webinar is selected, you can view an overview of the content, making note of the date and time it is scheduled. Remember, you must attend the webinar live to receive CPD credit. Add the webinar to the shopping cart and complete the checkout.
The day before the webinar, you’ll receive an email with webinar access information. Follow the access instructions in that email to log in to the site about a half hour before it begins to ensure you make a good connection. Then, just sit back and listen, discuss, and learn.
After the webinar, return to the ACEC-Ontario CPD site. Login to your account and complete the short opinion survey before downloading your Certificate of Completion.
